System File checking or ” SFC ” Scan to fix Error code 30015-11 (2)

At the same time system file checker tool is an advanced mechanism to check and verify the missing and corrupted system files in the operating system. As a result this utility will allow the windows to scan and restore the missing/corrupted files.

  1. Click on windows key
  2. Search for command prompt or cmd

a) To disable Windows Firewall:

  1. Click on start button and select control panel.
  2. In search box type firewall and Click on windows Firewall.
  3. In left pane, click on Turn Windows firewall OFF or ON.
  4. Click on Turn OFF Firewall.
  5. Check whether Error code 30015-11 (2) is fixed once firewall is turned OFF.

b) To disable McAfee Antivirus

  1. Check for McAfee indication icon on right side of task bar.
  2. Right click on the indication icon and select Real Time scanning.
  3. Click on TURN OFF in real time scanning option.
  4. Select Firewall in McAfee navigation pane.
  5. Click on TURN OFF in firewall menu.
  6. Check whether Error code 30015-11 (2) is fixed after disabling Antivirus.

c) To disable AVG Antivirus

  1. Open AVG program and Click on Advanced settings option.
  2. From the drop-down menu, select temporarily disable AVG protection.
  3. Choose the time to disable AVG.
  4. Choose disable the firewall protection and Click OK.
  5. Check whether Error code 30015-11 (2) is fixed after disabling Antivirus.

d) To disable Norton Antivirus

  1. Right click the Norton Antivirus icon win windows task bar and click Disable smart Firewall.
  2. Click Disable Antivirus Auto-Protect.
  3. Choose the time to disable the program.
  4. Check whether Error code 30015-11 (2) is fixed after disabling Antivirus.

To disable Bit Defender Antivirus

  1. Double click on the Bit Defender   in the lower right corner of the desktop.
  2. Click Virus shield on the left side.
  3. Uncheck the Virus shield option to turn off BitDefender.
  4. Check whether Error code 30015-11 (2) is fixed after disabling Antivirus.

 To disable Panda Antivirus

  1. Open Panda Antivirus
  2. Click on virus shield
  3. 3. Set the control OFF position to disable Panda Antivirus.
  4. Check whether Error code 30015-11 (2) is fixed after disabling Antivirus.

To disable Webroot Antivirus

  1. Open system try, right click on secure Any Where icon of webroot.
  2. Select Shut-Down protection.
  3. Click YES on confirmation prompt and enter CAPTCHA if required for confirmation.
  4. Check whether Error code 30015-11 (2) is fixed after disabling Antivirus.

To disable Avast Antivirus

  1. Click on Avast icon from notification area of windows task bar.
  2. Click on Avast shield control.
  3. Select disable for 10 minute.
  4. Click YES on confirmation prompt.
  5. Check whether Error code 30015-11 (2) is fixed after disabling Antivirus.

Rebuilt/Repair Office Registry keys to Fix Error Code 30015-11 (2)

Office installation error code may also occur in case of registry corruptions or wrong values.   2. Check for default values set in

However if default key in Office common registry is set as 1 or 0, delete the key and click Ok

To check the status follow these Registry navigation given below :

However if default key in Office  registry is set as 1 or 0, delete the key and click Ok

Uninstall and reinstall the Latest Office programs to Fix error code 30015-11 (2)

To avoid duplication check whether if the previous version of Office installed on the computer if yes please uninstall it afterward allow the installation of latest Office 365 or Office 2016 or Office 2013.

To uninstall or update previous version of office:
  1. Open control panel and select programs and features
  2. Click on Microsoft Office and select Uninstall
  3. Once uninstall is finished, Try installing the Latest version of Office and Check whether Error code 30015-11 (2) is fixed
To manually remove duplicate office contents:
  1. Open %program files%
  2. Navigate to Program files > Microsoft Office
  3. Then delete Microsoft Office 15, Microsoft Office 16 and Microsoft Office folders
  4. Open %program files(x86)%
  5. Navigate to Microsoft Office
  6. Then delete Microsoft Office 15, Microsoft Office 16 and Microsoft Office folders
Remove previous Office keys manually:
  1. Open registry editor
  2. Navigate to below keys

 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\ClickToRun

  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MicrosoftAppVISV

  HKEY_CU RRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office

  1. Delete the keys
